Terms & Conditions

  • Tickets grant entry to the specified event only and remain subject to venue security procedures.
  • Resale outside approved channels is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Event hosts may adjust lineups, seating, or schedules. We will notify holders of material changes as soon as possible.

Privacy

  • We collect your name, contact details, and payment references to fulfil orders and deliver updates.
  • Data is stored securely, shared only with payment partners or hosts to service your booking, and never sold.
  • You can request updates or deletion of your profile details by contacting support.

Refund Policy

  • Provide an official medical certificate showing you were unable to attend the event.
  • If unforeseen circumstances prevented entry, send supporting proof so our team can review the case.
  • Tickets already scanned at the venue are not eligible for refunds.

Request refunds by contacting support with your ticket, proof, and event details so we can assist quickly.

Governing Policy

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
  • The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) applies where relevant. You are entitled to fair, honest, and transparent dealings.
  • We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) to safeguard your data.

Transaction Currency

  • All prices displayed on MyTicket are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Final charges to your payment method may vary based on currency conversion rates set by your bank or card provider.
  • Any additional fees, taxes, or service charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Cancellation Policy

  • If an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a full refund within 7–14 business days.
  • Postponed events: your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact support for options.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy and must include valid supporting documentation.

MyTicket is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
